Christine Gardner is a highly experienced communications specialist whose background combines senior corporate marketing and agency principal roles.
Commencing her career as a direct response Copywriter, Christine advanced into strategic leadership roles with O&M Direct, Lintas, TBWA, EuroRSCG and Wunderman. Interspersed with her agency management roles, Christine was contracted to corporate clients like Microsoft, Westpac and Telstra to help define segmented B2B and B2C marketing strategies and support the achievement true brand integration across these larger siloed or intermediated organisations.
Victoria’s 17-year-career has seen her become one of the most acclaimed direct and relationship strategists in Australia with a reputation for innovative thinking and inspirational leadership. She joined LIDA following four and a half years at Lavender where she was integral to a number of campaigns that yielded brilliant results for key clients. Previously she was joint Managing Director of both McCann Erickson and its CRM arm McCann Relationship Marketing (MRM).
Paula has over 20 years experience as an award-winning Creative Director and Copywriter, as an integrated and through the line specialist. She has won nearly 100 international and national creative awards, and has been honoured to be an awards judge many times – the highlights being an ADMA Creative Chair, and a Cannes Lions and D&AD Juror. She has worked across every industry category, on Australian, regional and global accounts. The longest periods of her career have been spent working at JWT Singapore, DDB Rapp Melbourne and M&C Saatchi Sydney.
Brendon cut his teeth in the fast-paced world of retail and fast food advertising, before gaining experience across a range of FMCG, finance and travel brands. While starting out with a real focus in traditional advertising, in recent years Brendon has worked primarily in the CRM and customer engagement space. He has helped to develop multi-award winning strategies and successfully launch new products for iconic Australian and international brands, with a focus on delivering measureable business outcomes.
