Victoria has almost two decades of experience in customer engagement, including data, CX, CRM and loyalty. She has been instrumental in building the LIDA business in Australia and leading campaigns for clients including IAG, CommSec and Commonwealth Bank.
Previously from Lavender, she was instrumental in developing loyalty and customer engagement initiatives for clients including IKEA Family, EB Games, Westpac and Telstra.
Beginning her career at George Patterson Bates in 1997, Curro’s first major campaign was to sell tickets for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. It was then she ignited her love affair with direct marketing. Victoria went onto become Director of Direct Marketing at the same agency – becoming the youngest person ever appointed to the board of directors.
Victoria also held the role of Managing Director of MRM (McCann Relationship Marketing) Australia, which also expanded to a MD role of both MRM and McCann Erickson. Under her leadership, the agency grew significantly and acquired twelve new clients.
Lucy has spent 20 years at the nexus of where data and CRM intersect. Arguably the most sought-after data leader in Australia, Lucy’s eclectic career has seen her at the forefront of a broad spectrum of data-driven initiatives, resulting in significant growth for global clients such as IAG, CommBank, Telstra, McDonald’s, VW, Diageo and Gumtree, to name just a few. Her passion for data was ignited on entering the workforce with a 10-year stint at leading London CRM agency EHS (developers of the Tesco Clubcard) where she learnt to build, hone, work and analyse data sets to create actionable business insights, driving world class CRM solutions for bluechip enterprises. She was headhunted for her role in Australia from leading independent agency WDMP, where she had spent 5 happy, award-winning years, before a brief stint at DDB and finding her natural home at LIDA Australia in 2015.
Her data skills are diverse, and adaptive, allowing her to turn her talents to all that has been asked of her in her career. She is a Marketing Technology aficionado but is equally at home working with her team of data scientists who specialise in building out diverse analytic constructs, hungrily received and actively put to use by her clients.
Stephen has extensive retail and loyalty experience having worked on brands such as CommBank and Telstra here in Australia and O2 and Morrisons in the UK. Working at LIDA in the UK, Stephen was the lead planner on O2 and worked extensively on both their business and consumer segments.
Stephen is a very unique planner having worked previously as a media planner and as a data planner - he is equal parts analytical and creative. He believes that data combined with great creative builds experiences that drive meaningful, long-term commercial relationships.
Rich has over 20 years’ experience working across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, insurance, automotive and retail. He is one of the UK’s most highly regarded creatives in the customer engagement space and his work has been recognised with numerous DMA awards. Richard will join the LIDA Australia team in early July and will oversee a dedicated team of 12 CRM and content specialists. Whilst Rich has a depth of experience in CRM, he has also worked extensively on brand and social campaigns.
