LIDA is a start up within the M&C Saatchi Group. We've got a clear focus – our goal is to redefine customer engagement in Australia.

After years of agencies and marketers talking about customer engagement, we're doing it. We're taking all the theories, and the until-now-too-big-to-handle data, and we're turning it into work that gets results.

Even though we haven't been around for long, nearly every Australian has heard from us.

In the last year, we've worked on the CRM business for Australia’s biggest brands, and we're turning their brand promises into brand proofs.
